Love the photos. My favorite would have to be the Icy Fence.

Isn't that not only a Japenese Maple, but a Lace Leaf Japense maple... probably the red leaf variety?

Gary, you're probably right on the maple. I'd have to go pull the bill from the nursery to confirm it. I know it has red leaves.
